Make an Appointment w/Yourself!

Schedule some time for yourself this weekend. What you do is up to you but the activity must:
1. Focus on you rather than others
2. Involve relaxation, rest, reflection, or wellness
3. Last 30 minutes or more
Make it a habit to block out time in your life to focus on you! Self care is an opportunity to refuel and refresh that increases your val-you!
